Custom Order Lead Time
The current Lead time on custom orders is 2 weeks providing we have everything needed to make your order. We will contact you if there is a delay.

Orders ship from Byron Bay, Australia.

Shipping is avaliable worldwide.

Allow 3-5 days for your order to ship.

Please review your delivery address when checking out as we take no responsibility for additional shipping costs if the delivery address is incorrect or if the package is lost due to incorrect information.

International customers, If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us and we will add it with the correct rate.
Please check your countries local customs policies. All additional charges or duties are the customers responsibility.

Returns
We generally do not offer returns but will consider on a case by case basis, contact us as soon as possible after receiving goods to discuss.

Warranty
All items have a 12 month warranty.
If there is an issue that stems from the materials used or the way the item is made, we will repair it or give you a replacement/refund.
